Capabilities

What we do, in detail.

Three pillars, each with what it includes and where it stands today. Not sure which fits? Tell us the problem and we’ll point you to the right one.

AI & Technology Solutions

AI and software that fit how your business already works — aimed where they save real time, and honest about where they won’t.

What you get

  • Time back from repetitive admin
  • Knowledge that is easy to find
  • Fewer errors and less duplicated effort
  • Ideas tested before budgets are committed

What this pillar includes

AI opportunity assessment

A structured look at one process or team: where AI saves time or cuts errors, and where it would only add cost or risk.

Automation & AI workflows

Rules-based automation plus AI for drafting, summarising and classifying — removing manual hand-offs while people review what matters.

Intelligent tools & assistants

Assistants that answer from your approved content, and tightly scoped agents that carry out defined tasks under human oversight.

Custom software & integration

Web and mobile apps, internal tools and API integrations, so information is entered once and flows where it is needed.

SaaS & platform development

Subscription software and digital platforms, starting with an MVP tested by real users before major investment.

Exploring

Our own products & R&D

Time-boxed experiments with AI and emerging technology, and SaaS ideas drawn from repeated needs. Nothing is built at scale until the need is proven.

Next Gen Consulting

Advice that starts with the business problem, not the technology — and ends with a plan your team can deliver and adopt.

What you get

  • Clear priorities and next steps
  • Simpler processes before new tools
  • Change people actually adopt
  • Milestones, risks and decisions kept visible

What this pillar includes

Technology consulting

Straight answers on systems, tools and architecture, with options compared on cost, risk and fit.

Digital transformation

Map how work really flows, simplify it before automating it, then deliver change in focused, sequenced steps.

Technology strategy

Decide what to build, buy, keep or retire — with priorities, risks and costs laid out so you can choose with confidence.

Product & platform advisory

Validate the problem, define the MVP and plan the technical foundations before serious money is spent.

Implementation support

From agreed plan to working reality: configuration, testing, training and handover.

Gaming & Entertainment

Our creative frontier: original games and interactive entertainment, built in stages and playtested before full production.

What this pillar includes

Original games

Games with their own intellectual property, built around a core mechanic we can test early.

Planned

Interactive entertainment

Digital and home-entertainment concepts, explored through small prototypes first.

Collaborations

Where a concept earns support, we are open to development or licensing partners.

How we work

Five steps. No surprises.

  1. Understand

The process, the people, the systems — and what success looks like.

  2. Find the opportunity

Where technology makes a real difference, and where it isn’t worth it.

  3. Define

Scope, deliverables, acceptance checks and responsibilities, agreed before any build.

  4. Build and validate

Small, testable steps, checked against the criteria we agreed.

  5. Improve and scale

Refine with real use, document the handover and scale only what has proved its value.

Ways to start

Two focused first steps

01

Workflow & technology review

Scope
One process, its users and its systems.
Output
Options, priorities and a scoped recommendation for the next step.
Example
Mapping an enquiry-to-CRM hand-off.
02

AI or integration pilot

Scope
One use case, with agreed systems and acceptance checks.
Output
A tested pilot, findings and a documented handover.
Example
Testing search over a set of approved FAQs.

Ongoing support can follow where we have confirmed capacity, with clear service boundaries. Every engagement depends on data access and a jointly agreed scope.

Questions

Straight answers

Do you have case studies or client references?

Not yet. We’re new, and we’d rather say so than overstate a track record. Completed work will be published only with each client’s permission — and first engagements are kept small so you can judge the value yourself.

Do you work with small and medium-sized businesses?

Yes. Our initial focus is UK service SMEs — especially those losing time to manual hand-offs, scattered information or spreadsheet workarounds.

How is pricing agreed?

Each engagement is scoped and priced individually once we understand the problem, the systems and the outcome you need. You get a clear proposal before any work begins.

Who owns what you build?

Ownership of deliverables and intellectual property is agreed in writing before work starts.

Not sure which pillar fits?

Describe the problem in your own words — we’ll tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
